Welcome to the website of the International Women’s Club Valencia (IWCV). By accessing and using the IWCV site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of use.

What We Do

These terms and conditions apply to your use of all sites and services operated by IWCV, including www.iwc-valencia.com and all its web pages. Unless otherwise stated, all references to the IWCV web site in these terms and conditions include all such web pages. These terms and conditions do not apply to your use of unaffiliated sites to which any part of the IWCV website may link.

IWCV reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

The contents of the IWCV website (including, but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, video and audio content) are protected under the copyright laws of the European Union, Spain, and other countries, and is the property of IWCV or the party credited as the provider of that content. Miscellaneous

In the event that IWCV charges membership dues, such membership dues are not refundable if membership is cancelled before the end of the term for which they were paid.

These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and Spain, without regard to any principles of conflicts of law. In the event of a conflict between the laws of the European Union and the laws of Spain, the laws of Spain shall govern. You agree that any action at law or in equity that arises out of or relates to these terms will be filed only in courts located in the city of Valencia, Province of Valencia, country of Spain, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. If any of these terms and conditions are found unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision will be considered severable from the remaining terms and conditions and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
