As we transition toward 2025, it is understandable to feel overwhelmed by the whirlwind of events happening around us—politically, socially, and economically. I describe this as ‘the swirl of life.’ In the midst of such chaos, it is crucial to prioritize our well-being, nurture meaningful relationships, and actively care for what truly matters in our lives.
